Monday “Monday” mood

The trending word in workplace news is languish. In this article we will take a look at what is in your control and what isn't, and most importantly making a plan for upping your mood game.

Going through workplace languish. What things are in my personal control? I want to make a plan to help myself. I want to make an achievement focused actionable goal system that transfroms my workday mood on a Monday morning from languish to joy.

When we wake up Monday morning, we don’t have a plan to make the best of our day. We spend most of the week feeling like it’s Monday again, and that there are no good parts in our week (or even in our day).

What things are in my personal control? I want to make a plan to help myself. I have learned so many great things about mindset and achievement focused systems that I wish to apply them to my job tasks and overall job satisfaction

I want to make an achievement focused actionable goal system that transfroms my workday mood on a Monday morning from languish to joy. Transforming my workday mood from languish to joy will lead to me taking more control over my tasks and getting better results.

I am the one who decides what fills my time and plans my day. It’s up to me to make sure that i have planned well. Make it so that it’s painless for me to go into work.

What I want? Take a new approach to my workday mood on Monday mornings.

I want to be up and moving, physically and mentally, by 7am – But if you’re a millennial — born between 1980 and 1996 — you may be sleeping in. I know that’s not easy for anybody living in the modern world, but it’s one small step toward achieving a better quality of life. So here’s my challenge. Changing my lifestyle, quitting smoking, going out more, drinking less, exercising more, eating better, getting out of bed earlier (by 5pm), and

Consistency is key, how can I make this daily planning thing more fun and engaging?

I am pretty terrible at planning. When I have a specific idea of what I want to accomplish, I usually just work backwards. It works well enough for most things I’ve been trying to tackle, but it won’t work for the area of personal growth where it matters – becoming a better personal strategist.

Imagine a to-do list that’s not just one big list, but a bunch of little lists that you fill out at random. What if each item was a fun game – like naming your favourite science fiction book, or singing a song or finding out the name of something hard? This is a new way of collecting your thoughts. And by playing with the site and sharing it with your friends, you can help us make it even better in the future.

Train this into my morning routine to be able to have a happy productive workday

It is important that we make it simple progress towards goals in many different directions. I will prioritize but I also know I will be balancing several at once. distraction is a trigger for procrastination.
